• Create a 21st century learning environment to meet students needs
• To make sure that student success is a priority by keeping innovative programs and courses open and available to students continuously so that they can complete their program of study within two to three years.
• Work diligently with all constituency groups to promote a teamwork effort  to assure that faculty and staff concerns are given priority.
• Be responsible and act within the total scope of the mission of the organization, which is to provide quality education that enriches lives and builds futures.
• Provide appropriate high-level guidance and leadership to ensure the College acts to meet the needs of the community it serves.
• See that appropriate financial management, policies and practices are instituted and established.
